| Quad Rennovation: |
Why Renovate the Quad? Because of health and safety issues ( trip hazards, flooding, and removal of hazardous trees ) and to better organize Quad layout. This project was reviewed by the Faculty Senate, Classified Senate, Student Senate, and campus wide review. There were meetings with the different groups, and material was displayed in the Library foyer. |

| Parking Lot Resurfacing: |
Included are the proposed plans to resurface Fullerton College Parking lots. Attachment(1) is a color-coded list of the lots scheduled to be resurfaced, along with the dates planned for resurfacing. Attachment(2) is a campus map, which has been color-coded to show the location of the areas to be resurfaced. This is a proposed five-year plan. As buildings are completed, consideration will be given to having parking areas around the construction repaired. | Painting Project |
It is planned to have some of our buildings on campus painted
between June 1st and August 1st of this year.
Building 1200 is the first scheduled for painting. The order of the
other buildings planned for exterior painting are: Buildings 100,
300, 500, and 600, as the budget allows. All of the buildings will be
painted using the same color scheme.
